eBay Competes With It’s Sellers, But Their Fashion Vault Partners Suck!
eBay’s Fashion Vault concept is similar to Gilt Groupe and Rue La La, which make exclusive premium merchandise available through private online sales. These virtual designer sale sites have grown exponentially during the downturn, each boasting well over a million members.
After watching this video, eBay should lock that Vault and forget the combination. Dude us “semi-pros” could show them how to handle good, solid eBay performance. Its not that I am really surprise by the Fashion Vaults garbage customer service. I am more pissed that those of us who are operating eBay businesses are living at the barrels of a gun over Top Seller and DSR Ratings, while these Fashion Vault asses get front page eBay placement, and other businesses can’t get to the 1st page of search results or even find their items listings WTH?!?
Look man, I just think fair is fair, and making up rules to OPRESS the smaller while not having the same standard for the large is WRONG dammit! This would be a “TEA PARTY” movement I would join.
Come on, just look at the 1 month feedback, 1136 positive, 64 Neuts and 23 Negs that is a 98.0% in the last month. Nearly 1/2 of their 12 month negs came in the last 30 days!
Wow, I can not believe this, Amazon gets Zappos….GREAT Service! Amazon gets WOOT!….Fun Buying Experience and fast shipping! And eBay gets these douche bags? ….
Yo, If you are a blogger I would encourage you to PLEASE post this video on your blog. Write a post on your Squidoo, tell eBay about how you respond to this repulsive face slap. I know some of you feel me on this too… Post the video in your Facebook thread, tweet the video on Twitter, put it on the eBay seller discussion groups, make a comment in this thread, do something to move this message to other sellers!
Hey, you can just picture me as the lone protesting guy on the street corner holding a sign. Honk! errr…Repost, If You Think This is B.S.
Enjoy your Forth of July Weekend Everyone!!!

You get the word out there so well John and you are calling them out on this for sure. I know the eBay brass hears you out there directly and via the grape vine. Any response from them at all on this pile of garbage?
Well said John

Well….kinda pisses you off royally…doesn't it? Just the way us small sellers have felt about the powersellers and the TRS sellers! All I can say is join the club!!!….Donahoe intends for the small guy to pay for the big guy – until he doesn't need us any longer. Then he'll cut us ALL lose! Retail is the name of his game and with big retailers he doesn't have to lift a finger for customer service, perks, free listing days or anything else…just provide them the bandwidth and the ebay name and rake in the dough! I'm happy to see us small fry are no longer alone!
It looks like Ebay got your message and closed down Stylepremium's shop.

Interesting.
This is why they don't have Ebay Lives anymore. If they still did, it might wind up being Ebay Dead for someone(s). It would be Pandemonium.
